The services they provided were clearly communicated before the operation, during the procedure, and even post-op, this is a rare trait for me to find in healthcare. I thoroughly enjoyed hearing about what my dental problems were, what they were doing to fix them, and how to prevent additional problems.
During the multiple services, Dr. Stevens inquired about my comfort, the numbing medication, and made sure I didn’t feel a thing. He and each of his staff were personable, kind, and took their time getting to know me and my dental health. After the treatment I received I don’t think I’ll ever go anywhere else.
