Routine dental cleanings are a key factor in maintaining good oral health. Patients who attend at least two dental cleanings a year are less likely to develop tooth decay, gum disease, and enjoy a healthier smile.
Dental cleanings help to clean your teeth and gums, keeping bacteria in check and decay at bay. Dental cleanings help prevent the spread of oral diseases and can help keep your teeth whiter.
Preventative dental cleanings should be a part of your routine dental hygiene routine. Children should begin receiving routine cleanings once their teeth begin to emerge. Brushing and flossing should be performed twice daily, and help keep teeth and gums clean and healthy inbetween professional cleanings. Dr. Goris and our dental hygienist team offer gentle, thorough dental cleanings for children and adult patients.
